By its very nature, SPLASH Waterpark is a potentially hazardous activity. The obstacle course presents various risks, including slippery surfaces, falls and other physical challenges. A high level of physical fitness is required to participate.

Do not participate if you have any medical condition that prevents you from safely undertaking physically demanding water activities, or if you have not been physically active for some time.

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in SPLASH Waterpark, you acknowledge and accept the physical demands and inherent risks associated with the activity.

All participants must arrive at SPLASH Waterpark at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session to allow sufficient time for check-in, lifejacket fitting and the mandatory safety briefing.

All participants must complete the check-in process, be fitted with a lifejacket and attend the safety briefing before entering the water. Late arrival may affect your ability to participate in your scheduled session.

All participants must read, understand and follow the SPLASH Waterpark safety rules, conditions of entry and any additional instructions displayed on signage throughout the facility.

If making a booking on behalf of a group, the booking holder is responsible for communicating these Terms & Conditions and all safety rules to every participant included in the booking.

All participants must follow instructions given by SPLASH Waterpark staff at all times. Failure to comply with safety instructions, rules or staff directions may result in removal from the facility without a refund.

All participants must:

• Be at least 6 years of age.

• Be at least 110 cm tall.

• Be able to swim.

Participants aged 6, 7, 8 or 9 years must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 years or older. The accompanying person must also purchase a valid ticket to access SPLASH Waterpark.

Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while using SPLASH Waterpark. By participating, you confirm that you and all participants included in your booking are fit to participate safely and will act responsibly throughout the experience.

SPLASH Waterpark staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

For safety reasons, participants must remove all jewellery, watches, sunglasses, prescription glasses, goggles and earrings that hang below the earlobe before entering SPLASH Waterpark.

All participants must observe the following safety requirements:

• Do not dive headfirst into the water.

• Check the water below before jumping to ensure the landing area is clear.

• Flips and similar manoeuvres may only be performed within the designated FLIP ZONE.

• Do not swim underneath any inflatables.

• Lifejackets must remain on and securely fastened throughout the time spent on SPLASH Waterpark.

Participants must exercise caution when using all obstacles, including trampolines. Trampolines contain metal bars and springs that may present a risk of injury.

Participants must not use SPLASH Waterpark if they are pregnant, injured or undergoing rehabilitation.

Any open cuts, scratches or sores must be covered with waterproof bandages before participating.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of safely undertaking the activity and must notify staff of any relevant concerns before entering the water.

SPLASH Waterpark operates in a natural marine environment. Participants acknowledge that marine life, including jellyfish, small fish and other marine creatures, may be present in the surrounding water.

Participants acknowledge that these natural conditions may present additional risks and agree to exercise appropriate care while participating.

Participants acknowledge that SPLASH Waterpark involves inherent risks, including the risk of entrapment, falls, collisions and other injuries associated with inflatable aquatic obstacle courses.

Parents, guardians and accompanying adults are responsible for the welfare and appropriate supervision of children in their care. All participants must follow safety instructions and take reasonable care to protect themselves and others.

SPLASH Waterpark staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any person they consider to be at risk, unable to participate competently or otherwise unsuitable for the activity.

All tickets are non-refundable unless at least four (4) hours' notice is provided for changes to a booking, or SPLASH Waterpark closes due to weather conditions.

The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.

Any booking changes are subject to the applicable notice requirements and availability.

By completing a booking, accepting these Terms & Conditions and/or participating in SPLASH Waterpark, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules, requirements and risks outlined above.

If booking on behalf of a group, you acknowledge your responsibility to communicate these Terms & Conditions to all participants included in the booking and to ensure they understand and agree to comply with the applicable safety requirements.
